The September ride coincides with the Woolacombe for William Ride - so we have put this on the calendar
Starting from ASM on the Granby Industrial Estate Weymouth (DT49TH) we will be taking a little jolly down to Woolacombe once again to raise funds for William :) We had such positive feedback on the last one we have to do it again!! Thank you to everyone who took part last year and helped us raise £1000 :)
This year, we have decided to make this a 125-friendly ride, however please be advised that total distance is 110 miles each way and although no motorways, parts of the route have quite steep gradients so must be able to keep up :)
Charity ride to raise funds for vital ongoing treatment to make a young boy's life better after Acute Lymphoblastic Leukaemia was diagnosed at the age of just 2 years and 10 months. William is now on maintenance treatment which consists of daily chemo until 2017, and needs physio to help him walk and other crucial treatment due to side effects. Due to the massive cost involved with just being able to get him walking, we are riding 110 miles to Woolacombe in North Devon to raise funds to support this very brave lad and his family. There will be a suggested donation of £5 per bike taking part, wristbands will also be on sale.
