Lynmouth led by John Challis
We left a nine am and had a good pace all the way, 'A' roads, 'B' roads, 'C' roads, dual carriageways and a bit of motorway plus a few sheep to slow us down and the odd car or caravan to challenge some overtaking on windy roads and by no means direct routes between stops. Even time to take in the fields of bluebells lining some of the roads, and the swathes of spring flowers in the hedgerows.

Second stop at Lynmouth, ride along the sea front and back to park conveniently outside the said conveniences !
Arrived at the Anchor Inn at Exebridge just before 1400 for pre-ordered sandwiches and chips.
Our way back retraced some of our route but slightly more direct via Tiverton for fuel and with riders pealing off as we neared Dorchester, finishing
